Kevin Malone – President/CEO
As the founder
of ExecuTime Software, Mr. Malone oversees business
development, marketing and the strategic direction of the
company. Kevin is the original architect of the ExecuTime
product and has over 15 years of executive-level experience
in the software industry. Prior to founding ExecuTime
Software Kevin was Co-Founder and President of Echelon3
Technologies, an IBM Business partner focused on software
development and services. Kevin has also served as
Vice-President of Professional Services for a large Premier
IBM Business Partner.
Kevin holds a
Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Information
Systems and Quantitative Analysis. In his free time he
enjoys jogging, jet-skiing, martial arts training, reading
and traveling with his wife Kimberly. |

Kathy Thomas – Director of Professional Services
Mrs. Thomas is
responsible for overseeing the Technical Operations and Customer
Service related business units of the company. This includes
core system development, custom integration development,
customer support and project management for
implementation/training. Kathy brings over 10 years of
management experience in IT and Customer Service. Her
dedication to customer relationships and commitment to
continuous process improvement makes Kathy a valuable asset to
the ExecuTime Management Team.
Kathy holds a
Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management with a minor in
Computer Information Systems. She also remains an active member
of the Project Management Institute. In her free time Kathy
enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband Jay. Gardening,
camping, and long trail walks with her dog is her means of
relaxation.

Stephen Hester – Manager of Technical Development
Mr. Hester oversees the
software development team and provides the technical
strategies and direction that keep ExecuTime on the leading
edge of technological advancement. Stephen has over 12 years
of management and development experience in the technology
sector. He is passionate about writing great software that
is intuitive and easy to use, yet with the power and
flexibility necessary in today’s applications. Before
joining ExecuTime, Stephen led the software development team
for the NCAA in Indianapolis.
An alumnus of Hendrix
College, Stephen is also an avid photographer and enjoys
spending time with his family.

Tiffany Hughes – Manager of Customer Service & Education
Mrs. Hughes is responsible for leadership of the customer support and training sectors of the company. This includes defining support strategies, visions, and tactics to improve efficiencies in service processes. In addition to customer support, she also leads the education efforts for training of existing and new clientele. Tiffany is committed delivering a high quality, customer focused support center and strives to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction. Her relentless commitment to customer retention makes Tiffany an invaluable asset to the team.
Tiffany holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in General Business. Following college, she and her husband volunteered in Central America for two years where Tiffany taught English to young children in Guatemala City. In her spare time Tiffany enjoys traveling with her family which includes her husband and two daughters. Additional hobbies include biking, hiking and lake trips. |
